DC Comic Desires

 In this culture, no victim can find true justice, and no oppressor can find true mercy. 

Those who qualify for victimhood are predetermined by the elites who have votes to buy, while the hidden sufferers abound, forgotten, seen only by God. Is there not justice for those who don't fit the narrative? This is no campaign for justice. 

I fill with despair when I open the headlines. There is no room for you here, they say. There is no forgiveness for you here. One wrong word, one false move, and you will purchase yourself ridicule and exclusion for life. 

I'm at the foot of the cross, again and again, at the mercy seat, who holds justice and grace in His hands. 

Are the gods not just? 

Oh no child. What would become of us if they were? 

I used to want answers, to be an inside, on the right side of history. Now I just want some people to be confused with. Wondering how a Jew on a cross can mean healing for the nations. Trusting, nonetheless, that it's true.
